LicenseTrigger terms of use.

Product scope

LicenseTrigger provides compiled public business-license data and deterministic prospecting inferences. It does not provide legal, regulatory, engineering, inspection, or compliance advice and does not guarantee a lead’s equipment, purchasing need, opening status, or conversion.

Permitted use

A buyer may use a purchased pack for its own lawful business-to-business prospecting and territory planning. A pack may not be republished, resold, used to harass people, combined with unlawfully obtained personal data, or represented as an official government product.

Purchase and delivery

The Chicago Food-Service Lead Pack is a $79 one-time digital purchase. After confirmed payment, LicenseTrigger generates the current pack and emails a private CSV download link to the checkout address. The payment processor shown at checkout handles payment details, receipts, and payment administration; the total shown and accepted at checkout controls.

Freshness and corrections

Government records can change after delivery. Each row includes an official source link; buyers should verify important facts before acting. If a purchased file is not delivered or is materially defective, contact support@licensetrigger.com within seven days from the checkout email address so the file can be redelivered or corrected; when that is not practical, an appropriate refund will be arranged. Other refund requests are handled under the checkout terms and applicable law. A refund revokes the private download link.
